The mission of Caffe Boa on Mills is to satisfy guests with fresh, organic ingredients from local farms and bakeries. The food has an European-bistro style with a major influence from Italian cuisine. Their reduction sauces and demis are made without butter, flours, or cornstarch to convey the true flavor of the dish.
