Located in the Phoenician Resort, Windows on the Green is highly noted for their Southwestern cuisine. The restaurant offers rare artisan tequila, signature margaritas, and imaginative entrees. Chef de Cuisine Robert Sanchez’s signature dish is “The Sanchez 41,” consisting of southwestern-style tapas and the chef’s selection of four entrees on one plate. Another one of the chef’s specialties is the guacamole prepared tableside with seven secret spices from his family’s recipe in Mexico. Flamenco guitarists play live music in a sophisticated setting, and guests have the option of sitting on the patio.
