Sushi Roku is a contemporary and elegant Japanese restaurant offering more than just a romantic vibe. Various forms of lighting offer an idealistically dim setting, with hanging lights above the bar, lamp shades on the walls and lit candles throughout the lounge seating area. The bar is large in size and variety, stocked with hot and cold sakes, several specialty cocktails and nine different choices of beer. Sushi Roku also offers over twenty-five choices of sushi and sashimi and over twenty combination rolls. As if the chic décor, abundant menus, tasty beverages and mood lighting aren’t charming enough, window-side tables also provide a skyline view of Scottsdale.
