We went to The Capital Grille to celebrate my birthday with my son and family from Montana. With 4 year old triplets and a 7 year old, I was not sure how the restaurant would handle it. They were great!! They put us in a private room, which was great, and Ken and Courtney took excellent care of us and the kids. He made friends with them and they loved him. The food was great too, but the above and beyond service will bring us back.

Although we've eaten at several Capitol Grilles, this restaurant is one of the best. The service and food were simply perfection. Not all the Capitol Grilles have the same quality. Although the menus are the same, the food preparation doesn't always measure up and the service can be uneven. The Phoenix Capitol Grille did not disappoint. Our server, Dan, was solicitous, helpful and charming. We enjoyed the seafood sampler, the French Onion soup and lobster bisque, a Delmonico steak with porcini mushroom rub and lamb chops. The sides of au gratin potatoes and creamed spinach were barely touched, but tasted wonderful. We will certainly be back for our next celebration.

After reading several reviews of the 10 Best Restaurants in Phoenix at four different web sites I chose The Capital Grille to celebrate my anniversary and my sister's anniversary. She and her husband were visiting from out-of-state. The four of us loved the service, the food and the whole experience. The service was outstanding.
This restaurant was above expectations. I picked this restaurant from the internet for our New Year's Eve dinner not knowing anything about it and it was Excellent. The server Brandon was Great and the dinner was delicious.
