Fuego Bistro

Within Central Phoenix’s Fountain Court Plaza is Fuego Bistro—a unique restaurant offering a tasty fusion of Latin-Southwest flavors. The charming rococo theme creates a comforting ambiance that allows patrons to enjoy an upscale dining experience amidst a loose and natural setting—an atmosphere that is extended to their brick-courtyard patio. A sharp wine list and a spirited cocktail menu compliment the dinner selections, which include dishes such as the Pollo Ajedrea, which stuffs a tender, balsamic-glazed chicken breast with goat cheese, apricot, basil, spinach, shrimp and mushrooms. With such a deliciously inventive cuisine and large number of options, you'll wish your stomach was bigger!

Kudos From a Regular

My SO and I dine at Fuego frequently. Nice ambiance, great service. You can get a great meal by never straying from the appetizers; the specials are superb. Save room for any of the deserts. All in all, a lot of value for the price. Ask for wines that may not be on the list. And now that Fuego has been "discovered", it's wise to make a reservation.

Outstanding!

Absolutely the best Mexican food. The seared tuna appetizer was to die for! Very obvious they use all fresh ingredients. The waiter came over and discussed their tequilas and made us the BEST margaritas we have ever had. It is a definite "must" when in Scottsdale.
