Christopher's Fermier Brasserie

At Christopher’s Fermier Brasserie, chef-owner Christopher Gross offers outstanding French-inspired cuisine. Founded on classic techniques and simple preparations, and incorporating fresh, often local ingredients, Christopher’s dishes burst with purity of flavor. A wood burning oven features prominently in many preparations, such as Roasted Chicken with shallots and garlic confit, and Rack of Lamb with rosemary au jus. In addition to the tantalizing regular menu, Christopher’s offers a five-course tasting menu and irresistible daily specials such as Roasted Lobster, Rack of Veal, and Sole Meunière. The adjacent Paola’s Wine Bar lends the restaurant an outstanding wine selection, as well as an informal setting where guests can sample wines and cheeses, or order off a more casual bistro menu.

Vincent's on Camelback

What do you get when you cross a French chef with a profusion of southwestern ingredients? You’ll have to visit Vincent on Camelback to find out. At his namesake restaurant, chef and owner Vincent Guerithault offers a unique fusion cuisine, merging French techniques with indigenous ingredients such as chile peppers, cilantro, and jicama. Diners may select from two menus—classic and nouveau—to get a taste of Guerithault’s wonderfully unique creations. Classic dishes such as Corn Ravioli with White Truffle Oil have been menu standards since its opening in 1986, while nouveau creations such as Macadamia Crusted Sea Scallops with Basil Beurre Blanc offer a more modern taste of Vincent. Regardless of the menu selections, Vincent is sure to wow everyone at the table.
